Armenta Law seeks intern from Southern California law schools and universities. This internship position is perfect for a student (or law school grad awaiting bar results) seeking to gain knowledge and experience working in a small and private law office setting.

The internship will provide experience in a law firm specializing in:  

 

• Civil Litigation and Transactional work in Federal and State Court

• Business and Corporate Law

• Real Estate, Employment Law

• Family Law

• Estate Planning

• Probate

• Personal Injury and Bankruptcy.

 

The law firm provides experienced, high quality, legal services throughout southern California counties. The actual internship position will be located in the Upland office.

Duties will include client interaction, legal research, drafting letters, and possibly accompanying the attorneys to hearings (in both Federal and State court).

 

The intern position requires a flexible time commitment of 10-20 hours per week.

This is an unpaid internship, but can lead to a paid position in the future based on performance and firm growth.

 

Additionally, all interns will receive a letter of recommendation and/or professional reference at the end of the employment period.

The internship qualifications desired:

 

• Strong Computer Skills

• Good Communication Skills (verbal and writing)

• Spanish speakers STRONGLY preferred
